Control Cabinet
- Fabricated according to electrical wiring requirements, housing switching devices, measuring instruments, protective devices, and auxiliary equipment in enclosed or semi-enclosed metal cabinets or screens, designed to meet the requirements for normal operation of power systems, easy maintenance, ensuring safety of personnel and surrounding equipment.
- During normal operations, circuits can be connected or disconnected manually or automatically. In case of faults or abnormal operations, circuits can be cut off or alarms triggered with the help of protective devices. Measuring instruments display various parameters during operation, adjust certain electrical parameters, and provide warnings or signals for deviations from normal operating conditions.
- Commonly used in various power generation, distribution, and transformer substations.
Types of Control Cabinets
- Includes a variety: electrical control cabinets, variable frequency drive (VFD) control cabinets, low voltage control cabinets, high voltage control cabinets, water pump control cabinets, power supply control cabinets, explosion-proof control cabinets, elevator control cabinets, PLC control cabinets, fire control cabinets, brick machine control cabinets, etc.
Applications and Advantages
- Ideal for scenarios like no-reservoir water supply in high-rise buildings and constant pressure water supply using deep well pumps in firefighting applications, where real-time adjustments are needed based on water usage conditions. Systems typically include branded VFDs, intelligent controllers, pressure sensors, and water pumps forming a closed-loop control system.
- Multi-pump control ensures stable network pressure, improves water quality, reduces secondary pollution, achieves high energy-saving efficiency, and enables unmanned automated control systems for no-reservoir water supply.
Electrical Enclosure
- Made from steel materials to protect components during operation. Materials for making electrical enclosures generally include hot-rolled steel plates and cold-rolled steel plates, with the latter being more suitable due to its softer material properties.
- Widely used across industries including chemical, environmental protection, power systems, metallurgical systems, nuclear power, fire safety monitoring, transportation, and more.
